Well hello there! I’m Keely Montgomery. As a long time event planner, I’ve learned to accept my type A personality as a gift rather than a curse, as it has been the catalyst to creating lovely memories for people and I’ve had fun doing so in the process! But, I’ve also learned over the years to make the most of every day life. It’s not just the BIG moments that deserve the special attention…it’s the every day little things (often overlooked and probably many times considered mundane) that deserve some attention too. It’s when I began to see the beauty in the simple pleasures of life (and even in the difficult times) that life started to become a whole lot better and easier for me. There is a whole world of people, places, things, and moments ready for us to explore and celebrate, so I say, let’s do it!
My intention for this blog is to share the ideas and wonders that power me in everyday life, the small and the big stuff, in hopes that it will inspire those who read and view.
I’ve made it my ongoing project to bring a camera with me most of the time so I can capture some of those moments – big and little – to share with you. What made me smile today? What made me laugh? What made me cry?
